Membership Terms
"Wu Deng Jiang" provides services (hereinafter "the Service") in accordance with these Terms of Service. By completing the membership registration process on the Wu Deng Jiang International website, or by beginning to use the Service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all content of these Terms of Service, and to have fully accepted all current and future service offerings and content derived from the Service.
Wu Deng Jiang (hereinafter "the Service") reserves the right to modify or amend the content of these Terms of Service at any time. Amended terms will be posted on the website, and the Service will not provide individual notification.
If you continue to use the Service after any modification or amendment, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to accept such modification or amendment.
If you are under the age of 20, please have your legal guardian read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Service together with you before using the Service.
If you do not agree to the above method of revising or updating the Terms of Service, or do not accept any other provision of these Terms of Service, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
Membership Registration Obligations
By using the Service, you agree to the following:
To provide the most current, accurate, and complete information as prompted by the Service's registration form, and not to register as a member under a third party's name. Each member may register only one account and may not register multiple accounts.
You must proactively update your personal information to ensure its accuracy, in order to receive the best possible service.
If you provide any incorrect or incomplete information, fail to provide information as instructed, lack necessary information, or register duplicate accounts, the Service reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice and to refuse your use of the Service.

Account Management
Upon completing registration for the Service, you will be issued a personal account and password. You must properly manage and safeguard your account and password. Once an account and password have been obtained through the normal procedures provided by the Service, any actions carried out using that account and password will be presumed to have been carried out by you personally, regardless of whether you entered them yourself, and you shall bear full responsibility for all actions taken using such account and password.
Protection of Children and Minors
To ensure the safety of children and minors using the internet and to prevent violations of their privacy, parents (or guardians) shall fulfill the following obligations: if you, or a child in your household, are under the age of 12, a parent must be present and supervising at all times while using the Service. If you or a family member are between the ages of 12 and 18, a parent should carefully consider whether to grant consent before using the Service.
User's Obligation to Comply with the Law and Undertakings
You undertake never to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or by any unlawful means, and undertake to comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and all international conventions governing internet use. If you are a user located outside the Republic of China, you agree to comply with the laws and regulations of your own country or region. You agree and warrant that you will not use the Service to infringe upon the rights of others or to engage in unlawful conduct, including but not limited to:
- Posting or transmitting any defamatory, insulting, threatening, offensive, indecent, obscene, false, or otherwise unlawful text, images, or files of any kind, or content that violates public order or good morals
- Infringing upon or damaging the reputation, privacy rights, trade secrets, trademark rights, copyrights, patent rights, other intellectual property rights, or other rights of Wu Deng Jiang or any other party
- Violating any confidentiality obligation owed under law or contract
- Using the Service under another person's identity without authorization
- Transmitting or distributing computer viruses
- Engaging in commercial activity not previously authorized by Wu Deng Jiang International
- Posting, transmitting, or sending spam, chain letters, unlawful or unauthorized multi-level marketing messages or advertisements not permitted by Wu Deng Jiang; or storing any data that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others or violates applicable laws
- Engaging in conduct that causes distress, displeasure, or offense to other users of the Service or third parties, or that violates generally accepted internet etiquette
- Any other conduct inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Service, or conduct that Wu Deng Jiang International, for legitimate reasons, deems inappropriate
System Interruption and Suspension
This system may, at times, be suspended or terminated due to maintenance, interference, or other factors. Please take your own protective measures when using the Service. The Service shall not be liable for any compensation for incidental losses arising from your use of the Service, unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Advertising, Information, or Advice Provided Through the Service
The Service does not warrant the complete accuracy of any information or advice (including but not limited to legal, medical, or business advice) obtained through the Service or through external links accessed via the Service. The Service also reserves the right to make corrections to such content. All promotions and advertisements provided through the Service are supplied by platform vendors, and you must exercise your own judgment regarding the credibility of such content. The Service makes no warranties whatsoever regarding the aforementioned advertisements, information, or advice.
Transactions
When conducting transactions through the Service, you must follow the product quantity and price confirmation mechanisms provided by the Service.
When you agree to order products through the Service, the Service reserves the right to decline the order or cancel shipment at any time prior to the Service's notification confirming that the transaction has been finalized.
After a member submits an order notification to the Service, the system will automatically issue an acknowledgment notice; however, this notice does not constitute an order confirmation. The Service will separately notify you as to whether the transaction has been finalized. If the transaction terms of the ordered product or service (including but not limited to specifications, descriptions, or images) contain an error, the Service may still decline the order within two business days after the order is placed.
If a member, after ordering a product through the Service, arbitrarily returns or exchanges the product, cancels the order, or engages in any conduct that the Service deems inappropriate and that causes operational difficulty or damage to the Service, the Service may, depending on the circumstances, refuse the transaction, suspend or cancel the delivery or payment method, or permanently revoke the member's account.
If a product ordered by a member falls under any of the following categories: (1) pre-order items, (2) items shown as out of stock on the product page, or (3) items for which the order quota has been reached, then, due to the nature of such transactions, if the product is out of stock or cannot be supplied for any other reason such that the order cannot be finalized, the Service will notify you by the most appropriate means (primarily by email, supplemented by phone or fax as needed).
When conducting transactions through the Service, you may exercise your rights in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Where any ambiguity arises regarding these Terms of Service in connection with a member's transaction, such ambiguity shall be interpreted in favor of the consumer.
Protection of Intellectual Property Rights
You may not use any trademark without the consent of Wu Deng Jiang.
The software or programs used by Wu Deng Jiang, and all content on the website — including but not limited to written works, images, files, information, data, site structure, screen layout, and web design — are lawfully owned by the Service or other rights holders, including but not limited to trademark rights, patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets, and proprietary know-how. No person may use, modify, reproduce, publicly broadcast, publicly perform, adapt, distribute, publish, publicly disclose, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble such content without authorization.
If you wish to use any material from the Service, you must first obtain the Service's authorization and consent. Any violation of the foregoing provisions that causes damage to Wu Deng Jiang's goodwill or results in actual losses shall give rise to liability for compensation.
Notifications
By beginning to use our company's services, you agree that the Service may notify you of its various services by means of ordinary mail, SMS, multimedia messages, email, or postings on the Service's website.
Special Authorization Matters
The completion of online transactions or promotional activities provided through the Service may require delivery or courier companies to deliver or retrieve goods (or gifts, etc.). Accordingly, members agree to authorize the Service to provide the personal information necessary for delivery (such as the recipient's name, delivery address, and contact phone number), as provided by the member, to delivery/courier companies and related partner vendors as needed for the purpose of that particular online transaction or promotional activity, in order to facilitate the delivery or retrieval of such goods (or gifts, etc.).
Refusal or Termination of Membership
You agree that Wu Deng Jiang may, for any reason — including but not limited to violations of law or of the content and spirit expressly set forth in these Terms of Service — refuse or terminate your use of the Service, without bearing any liability whatsoever to any third party as a result.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The foregoing terms constitute the mutual understanding between you and Wu Deng Jiang regarding the content of the Service. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with the New Taipei District Court designated as the court of first-instance jurisdiction.
