Return Policy
Hello! In accordance with Taiwan's current law (Consumer Protection Act, Article 19, Paragraph 1), food products sold on the Wu Deng Jiang website are not eligible for the 7-day cooling-off period. Additionally, in order to maintain food hygiene and safety, we are unable to accept returns except where the product itself is defective. This includes products that have been opened or consumed, or that have deteriorated due to outer box deformation, loss of proper temperature, or improper storage caused by the customer. We appreciate your understanding.
To protect your rights, please open and inspect your order immediately upon receipt, checking the following:
Whether the items and quantities are correct and complete
Whether the product has any defects (e.g., damage from being crushed or bumped during shipping, or the product having thawed)
If your order has any of the issues above, please take clear photos immediately as evidence and keep the product in its original, complete packaging (including the purchased item, inner and outer packaging, accessories, and any free gifts) to protect your rights. Contact us within 2 days with the following information, and our customer service team will reach out to you promptly to arrange next steps:
- Order number
- Name
- Mobile phone number
- Delivery address
- Name and quantity of the item(s) to be returned
- Reason for return, with photos
Please note that returns cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product has been opened or consumed, or has deteriorated due to human-caused damage such as staining, dirt, loss of proper temperature, or improper storage
- Minor creases in the outer packaging that do not affect the quality of the product itself
- The returned product's packaging is damaged or incomplete, or the receipt or accessories are missing
- Malicious or excessive/bulk returns
- If a return was requested for personal reasons and the same product is subsequently reordered, a further return request for that item will not be accepted
Refund Method and Processing Fee
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, less a 5% processing fee.
For example: if you paid NT$1,000 by credit card, the actual refund amount after approval will be NT$950 (after deducting the 5% processing fee).
Refund Processing Time
We will process your refund within 3–5 business days after receiving your request and confirming that it meets the eligibility requirements.
